Michael x Nemi - In the Woods

materials used: prismacolor premier pens (black) 01 & 05, prismacolor markers, copic markers, tombow markers, winsor & newton markers, concept markers, and la plume marker on cardstock.

I created this giftart as a birthday present for one of my good friends of her two characters Michael and Nemi from her webcomic, Serpamia Flare. Better to give it a bit on the early side than too late!

That background took so freaking long to draw and color (especially the forest ground, holy crap) but me not half-assing it really paid off in the end. This is going to be considered my full-color illustration for March, since it was the one out of two I was working on this month that I was able to actually finish in time. Also my apologies for deviating some on Nemi's costume design, it wasn't til it was inked and I was coloring it that I realized that I forgot a few details. I hope everything else about this picture makes up for it!
