Description
materials used: sakura pigma micron pen #005 & 05 (black), permapaque white pen, sakura pen-touch white, prismacolor/tombo/copic markers, and cheapo colored pencils.
Trying to find an idea for this prompt was incredibly difficult!!! I must have drawn a half dozen ideas only to scrap them and start over again from scratch. She wanted both Tomoyo and Sakura from the Tsubasa universe wearing green and blue. Her prompt? What about "romance" and "life"? Interpret it as you like ^_-
I decided to go with Sakura-hime paired up with Tomoyo-hime from Kurogane's world in outfits inspired from their initial outfits, only different. Since I had to change the outfit color scheme anyway, why not play with the outfit designs?
When I finally had an idea I liked it took nearly the whole week to finish it up and coloring this thing took quite awhile. There were many times I had to step away for my own sanity before continuing onward, so thankfully all the effort was worthwhile.
And w00t to this being my first real 2011 DA submission (and actual contribution to the club in awhile). I hope you like it,
